Products which are defective or that require return may be returned within seven business days for a refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and the product MUST be in NEW condition and will only be refunded at the discretion of Estero River Outfitters. We provide excellent service and local pickup on watercraft sold at our facility and encourage buyers to try the product before they buy it. We rarely have any requests to return boats or boards because we take the time to provide this personalized service. It is for this reason that we do not offer returns on kayaks, canoes, or paddleboards. We will take the vessel back in trade at current used value towards another vessel/board. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged at our discretion on returns.
